During the first 3 – 4 weeks, you should avoid sudden movements and protect your breasts from any trauma.
You should avoid at least 6 weeks from the steam bath and sauna. Because steam affects the results of the surgery negatively.

- Sports: You can start with your daily walks 3 weeks after this surgery. You should wait at least 2 months before starting with sports such as pilates, swimming, and fitness with your surgeon’s approval.
- Sexual intercourse: Approximately after a month, you may resume your sexual activities. Then, you may start with the approval of your surgeon.
- Alcohol and smoking: Avoid drinking alcohol for 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after surgery. Do not smoke for at least a month after surgery. Smoking impairs wound healing by narrowing vessels, tissue nutrition, cell destruction, cell death, wound dehiscence, stitch opening, and inflammation.
- Driving: You can start driving 2 weeks after surgery. Thus, it removes unnecessary pressure that may occur through your seatbelt and prevents straining your chest muscles while driving.
